  • 8 dried figs

  • 2 cups milk

  • Ground pistachios (for garnish)

  • Walnuts (for garnish)

Tarifler

  1. First, soak the figs in hot water for 20 minutes to soften.

  2. Once softened, cut the figs into small pieces.

  3. Heat the milk to yogurt-fermentation temperature (you should be able to dip your pinky in and count to eight comfortably).

  4. Add the chopped figs to the warm milk.

  5. Blend the mixture in a food processor until the figs are fully and evenly mixed.

  6. Divide the mixture into 4 bowls and cover each with plastic wrap. Then wrap all the bowls together in a large cloth.

  7. Let them sit at room temperature for 3 hours.

  8. After 3 hours, garnish with walnuts and pistachios. Optionally, refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
