8 dried figs

First, soak the figs in hot water for 20 minutes to soften.

Once softened, cut the figs into small pieces.

Heat the milk to yogurt-fermentation temperature (you should be able to dip your pinky in and count to eight comfortably).

Add the chopped figs to the warm milk.

Blend the mixture in a food processor until the figs are fully and evenly mixed.

Divide the mixture into 4 bowls and cover each with plastic wrap. Then wrap all the bowls together in a large cloth.

Let them sit at room temperature for 3 hours.

After 3 hours, garnish with walnuts and pistachios. Optionally, refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
