250g strained yogurt

150g curd cheese

2 cloves garlic

1 bunch mint

8 walnuts

2 tablespoons Livvy olive oil

Remove the mint leaves from their stems, wash, dry, and finely chop them.

Break the walnuts into small pieces (not into powder).

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and sauté the crushed walnuts for 2 minutes.

Add the mint to the pan and sauté for 1 more minute.

Crush the garlic.

Grate the curd cheese.

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.

Before serving, drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
