Tarifler
-
Peel the fava beans as you would with green beans and soak them in water with the juice of 1 lemon to prevent browning.
-
In a pot, sauté the onion without oil, using a bit of water to soften it.
-
Add the fava beans and sauté for 5 more minutes.
-
Pour in 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
-
Mix the flour with 1 cup of water and add to the pot, stirring lightly to distribute evenly.
-
Season with salt and black pepper, cover, and simmer on low heat for 25–30 minutes.
-
Prepare the sauce by mixing the juice of 1 lemon, molasses, and olive oil.
-
Once the beans are cooked, turn off the heat, add half of the chopped dill, and mix.
-
Transfer the dish to a glass container and let it cool.
-
Pour the sauce over the cooled beans and gently stir to distribute evenly.
-
Prepare garlic yogurt and serve alongside the fava beans, garnished with the remaining dill.
