In a medium saucepan, cook the milk, oats, desiccated coconut, and vanilla over low heat for about 10 minutes until it thickens.
Remove from heat and stir in the honey once the mixture has slightly cooled.
Divide the mixture into bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Garnish with hazelnuts and cinnamon before serving.
