500 g chicken breast
4 cups water
½ cup oats
1 cup yogurt
1 egg yolk
Dried mint, salt

Boil the chicken breast and set aside the broth.
Add the oats to the chicken broth and boil until fully softened.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of yogurt with 1 egg yolk.
Add a bit of hot soup to the bowl and whisk to temper, then slowly add the mixture back into the soup.
Add dried mint and salt, and continue cooking for about 5 more minutes.
