  • 4 boneless salmon fillets

  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)

  • 1 small onion (finely grated)

  • ½ cup cooked quinoa

  • 3 eggs (beaten)

  • Salt

First, place the minced salmon (processed in a food processor) into a mixing bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and knead until the mixture reaches a patty consistency.
Shape the mixture with your hands. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the patties on it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 30 minutes.
