Avocado Sandwich with Wasa Fibre

Ingredients
Recipe
1 mid-sized ripe avocado (ca 300g)
3 basil leaves
a pinch of dill
1 garlic clove (crushed)
½ teaspoon salt
50g curd cheese
1 piece of Wasa Fibre (per serving)
1 cherry tomato (in thin slices)
Balsamic vinegar
Core out the ripe avocado and take its flesh into a bowl.
Add 3 basil leaves and a pinch of dill in small pieces.
Add crushed garlic (we used half a teaspoon of salt while crushing the garlic).
Put the curd cheese.
Mix them all, but do not mix too much. It should not be puree.
Spread it on a piece of Wasa Fibre.
Put sliced tomato on top.
Pour a bit of balsamic vinegar on your sandwich.
