Baked Hash Browns with Yellow Lentil

Ingredients
Recipe
200g yellow lentils (dry)
2 eggs
2 medium size onions
2 scallions
100g braided cheese (or feta cheese)
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour (30 g)
1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch of dill
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 pack of dough baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
Soak the yellow lentils in water overnight, drain and boil them.
Put the boiled lentils in the food processor and process until you get a mash consistency.
Chop the onions and garlics and saute with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Soak the braided cheese in cold water for 10 minutes, then grate.
Finely chop parsley, dill and scallions.
Put all ingredients into a container and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Put a baking paper on a baking tray and place the mixture into the baking tray.
Cook in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown.
