Beetroot Hash Browns




  • 500g beetroot (grated)
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g curd cheese
  • 5-6 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • ½ bunch of scallions
  • 10g baking powder
  • Ginger
  • Black pepper
  • Black cumin and sesame seeds
  1. Wash the greens and finely chop them.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a deep bowl.
  3. Grease the baking tray with a bit of olive oil.
  4. Pour the mixture into the tray.
  5. Sprinkle black cumin and sesame seeds and cook at 180 degrees until golden brown.
