Broad Beans with Olive Oil and Almonds

Ingredients
Recipe
500g fresh broad beans
3 medium size onions (First cut in halves, then chopped into thin circles)
6 scallions, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Juice of 1/2 lemon
100g raw almonds without shells
1 bunch of dill, finely chopped
300ml water
1 tablespoon honey
6 tablespoons olive oil
Wash the beans and soak in lemon water for a little while.
Fry the onions in a saucepan with 5 tablespoons of olive oil for 1-2 minutes.
Add the beans and scallions.
Mix the water, lemon juice, garlic and salt, pour the mixture all over the beans evenly and leave to cook.
Take some of the almonds and fry them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add the rest of the almonds to the saucepan and cook with the beans.
Add the dill.
Leave the saucepan to cool, add honey while it is still warm and mix, sprinkle the roasted almonds and prepare for serving.
