Recipe
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
For topping
2 tablespoons yogurt, with garlic if needed
(Optional) Crushed red pepper, thyme, dried mint
Put some water in a pot and boil.
Add vinegar and salt to the boiling water, create a vortex in the water with a spoon.
Crack the eggs in a bowl. Gently pour the eggs into the vortex one by one.
After 3 minutes, take the eggs out with a colander and put them in a plate.
For the topping, whisk the yogurt in a bowl and pour it over the eggs.
You can add crushed red pepper, thyme and dried mint to decorate.
