Cocoa Ice Cream



  • 2 medium size bananas
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon homemade peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 20 nuts, broken with knife – to decorate
  • Dark chocolate with 80% cocoa content, grated – to decorate
  1. Freeze the bananas in deep-freeze, then take them out of the fridge and wait for 5-6 minutes, then peel them and chop them into large pieces, put them into the food processor.
  2. Add honey, cocoa and peanut butter (you can use the homemade peanut butter recipe presented on this blog previously).
  3. Stir well.
  4. Then put the whole mixture in a bowl and place the bowl in the deep-freeze again. It will harden in a short time.
  5. Sprinkle the nuts and grated dark chocolate before serving.
