600g strained yogurt
70g wheat
70g dry chickpeas
1 lt water
1 tablespoon olive oil (10g)
Dry mint leaves
Crushed Red Pepper
Salt
Soak the wheat and dry chickpeas in water overnight. Drain and boil them separately.
Mix the yogurt and water thoroughly in a container.
Add wheat, chickpeas, spices and salt.
Put a splash of olive oil on top just to decorate before serving.
