Cold Yogurt Soup



  • 600g strained yogurt
  • 70g wheat
  • 70g dry chickpeas
  • 1 lt water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (10g)
  • Dry mint leaves
  • Crushed Red Pepper
  • Salt
  1. Soak the wheat and dry chickpeas in water overnight. Drain and boil them separately.
  2. Mix the yogurt and water thoroughly in a container.
  3. Add wheat, chickpeas, spices and salt.
  4. Put a splash of olive oil on top just to decorate before serving.
