Ingredients
Recipe
300g boiled chickpeas
Half bunch of parsley
1 medium onion
1- 2 garlic clove(s)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper
2 teaspoons salt
Soak the chickpeas overnight and boil them.
Soak half bunch of parsley in vinegar, then wash, remove the stems and put them in the food processor.
Cut the onions and garlic cloves into smaller pieces and add these pieces to the food processor.
Add all the spices, salt and oil into the food processor and process the ingredients until you have a mix.
Form falafel mix into round meatballs or slider-shaped patties and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Bake them in an oven preheated to 180 – 200 degrees until they turn golden brown.
Add one tablespoon strained yogurt to the side before serving.
