  • 1 egg
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tea cup whole wheat flour / oat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  1. Separate the yolk and white of the egg.
  2. Beat the egg yolk with flour and milk in a bowl.
  3. Put the egg white and baking powder into another bowl and whisk them with a hand mixer until they have a white foam consistency.
  4. Pour the foamy mixture into the other mixture and mix it slowly to keep the foam consistency.
  5. Grease a pan and heat it before cooking the pancakes.
  6. Pour the pancake mixture into the heated pan using a small ladle, spread the mixture, but be careful not to keep the layer very thin.
  7. When small air bubbles form on the pancake dough, turn it upside down with a spatula and cook the other side.
  8. Take your pancakes to the serving plate.
