• 50g almonds
  • 50g hazelnuts
  • 80g oatmeal
  • 25g flax seeds
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 30g sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

For consistency

  • 1 large-size banana
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon molasses


  1. Divide the almonds and hazelnuts into two or three with the help of a knife.
  2. Put almonds, hazelnuts, oatmeal, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and cinnamon into a large bowl and mix them.
  3. Process banana, coconut oil and molasses by a fthrough the mixer and mash.
  4. Pour the puree into the container with the nuts and mix well. Let all the nuts and mash mix well.
  5. Pour the obtained mixture onto the baking tray as a thin layer and cook in a preheated oven to 150 degrees until stirring until every 10 minutes.
