Grissini with Spinach and Oat



  • 200g rolled oats
  • 200g spinach (leaves only)

  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper
  • 1 heaping tablespoon black cumin
  1. Put the rolled oats into the food processor and process until they become flour.
  2. Add spinach leaves into the processor and process them in the food processor.
