• 250g strained yogurt
  • 150g curd cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 8 walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  1. First remove the stems of the mint, then wash, dry and chop finely.
  2. Chop the walnuts into small pieces.
  3. Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the chopped walnuts for 2 minutes.
  4. Put the mint and fry for one more minute. Then take the pan away from the heater.
  5. Crush the garlic cloves.
  6. Grate the curd cheese.
  7. Put all the ingredients on a plate and mix.
  8. Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil on top before serving.
