250g strained yogurt
150g curd cheese
2 garlic cloves
1 bunch of mint
8 walnuts
2 tablespoons olive oil
First remove the stems of the mint, then wash, dry and chop finely.
Chop the walnuts into small pieces.
Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the chopped walnuts for 2 minutes.
Put the mint and fry for one more minute. Then take the pan away from the heater.
Crush the garlic cloves.
Grate the curd cheese.
Put all the ingredients on a plate and mix.
Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil on top before serving.
