Hummus with Beetroot



  • 300 g boiled chickpeas
  • 1 large beetroot
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons of tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  1. Peel off the chickpeas
  2. Boil the beetroot until it is soft enough to be eaten and let it cool.
  3. Put all the ingredients into the food processor and process until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
  4. You can grate the boiled beetroot and add it atop before serving.
