Italian Omelette: Frittata



  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion (large-sized)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 5-6 sprigs of parsley (chopped)
  • 150 g fat-free curd cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Chili pepper
  1.  Wash, clean and slice the mushrooms.
  2. Then sauté the mushrooms and onion with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  3. Whisk 4 eggs with a mixer.
  4. Add the curd cheese, spices, chopped parsley and salt to the sauteed mushrooms and mix again.
  5. Pour the mixture into a glass tray or an oven tray on which you have placed the baking paper.
  6. Cook for 40-45 minutes in the oven preheated up to 180 degrees.
  7. After cooking, divide into 8 slices and it is ready to be served. One slice corresponds to one portion. Bon appetit!
