Sauté the garlic cloves with 2 spoons of olive oil for 30 seconds until fragrant, then sauté the finely chopped onion for 1-2 minutes. Then add leek and grated potato and carrot. Fry them all until soft.
Cool it. After cooling, add flour, baking powder, egg, curd cheese, yogurt and 4 tablespoons of olive oil and mix until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Put a baking paper on a baking tray and spread the homogeneous mixture onto the baking paper. Sprinkle some black cumin on top.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown.
