Mastabe Salad



  • 1 bunch of swiss chards
  • 750g strained yogurt
  • 6g cloves
  • 40g blanched sliced almonds
  • 1 heaping tablespoon black sesame (15g)
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil (60g)
  • Plenty of ice
  1. Put one bunch of swiss chards into boiling water and boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Take the swiss chards out of the boiling water and put them into a container filled with icy water, leave for 10 seconds, drain and finely chop them.
  3. Crush the garlics and mix with strained yogurt.
  4. Spread the yogurt into 6 plates and make a small cavity in the middle of the yogurt. Place the swiss chards into these cavities.
  5. Decorate the plates with olive oil, almonds and black sesame.
