Recipe
1 bunch of swiss chards
750g strained yogurt
6g cloves
40g blanched sliced almonds
1 heaping tablespoon black sesame (15g)
6 tablespoons olive oil (60g)
Plenty of ice
Put one bunch of swiss chards into boiling water and boil for 5 minutes.
Take the swiss chards out of the boiling water and put them into a container filled with icy water, leave for 10 seconds, drain and finely chop them.
Crush the garlics and mix with strained yogurt.
Spread the yogurt into 6 plates and make a small cavity in the middle of the yogurt. Place the swiss chards into these cavities.
Decorate the plates with olive oil, almonds and black sesame.
