Protein Bar with Peanut Butter

For Peanut Butter
150g shelled peanuts
1 teaspoon honey (5g)
1 teaspoon of coconut oil (5g)
For Protein Bar
125g chickpeas
6 large size dates
2 tablespoons homemade peanut butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Peanut Butter
Roast the peanuts in a pan for 5 minutes.
After cooling a little, peel off the shells.
Put the peanuts in a food processor, add coconut oil and honey into the processor.
Process until it has a fluid consistency.
Protein Bar
Soak the chickpeas in water overnight, boil them and drain the water.
Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes to have them soften.
Remove the seeds of dates and add dates, chickpeas, peanut butter and cinnamon to the food processor.
Process until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Spread the mixture on a baking paper and divide it into 10 pieces.
1Leave the mixture in the fridge for an hour and put baking paper between the pieces so that they do not stick to one another.
