Roasted Peach Marmalade



  • 1kg ripe peaches
  • Juice of half a lemon
  1. Wash the peaches thoroughly, chop them into small pieces and place these pieces in an ovenware.
  2. Add lemon juice.
  3. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until golden brown.
  4. Allow to cool and blend them with a blender until you get a marmalade consistency.
  5. Put the marmalade in a jar and seal the jar.
