Sea Bass with Green Apples



  • 1kg sea bass fillet
  • 2 medium sized green apples (sliced in circles)
  • 2 medium sized onions (sliced in circles)
  • 1 lemon (in thin slices)
  • 125ml water
  • Black peppercorn
  • Salt
  1. Divide the fillet sea bass into 6 pieces and season with salt.
  2. Place the apple slices at the bottom of a pan. Then place onion slices,sea bass fillets and lemon slices, respectively.
  3. Add the bones of the sea bass for additional flavour.
  4. Sprinkle black peppercorns and add water, then cook for 15-20 minutes and your meal is ready to be served.
