Sea Bass with Green Apples

1kg sea bass fillet
2 medium sized green apples (sliced in circles)
2 medium sized onions (sliced in circles)
1 lemon (in thin slices)
125ml water
Black peppercorn
Salt
Divide the fillet sea bass into 6 pieces and season with salt.
Place the apple slices at the bottom of a pan. Then place onion slices,sea bass fillets and lemon slices, respectively.
Add the bones of the sea bass for additional flavour.
Sprinkle black peppercorns and add water, then cook for 15-20 minutes and your meal is ready to be served.
