Sea Beans with Tomato



  • 1 bunch of sea beans
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, cut into tiny pieces
  • 4 walnuts, coarsely ground
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  1. Boil the sea beans in a pot of boiling water for 7-8 minutes.
  2. Place the sea beans in a sieve and let them cool.
  3. Trim the woody parts of sea beans and take them into a bowl.
  4. Add diced tomato and garlic cloves
  5. Prepare the sauce with lemon juice, olive oil and a bit of garlic cloves, drizzle it over the sea beans and serve cold with coarsely ground walnuts.
