Blend the pumpkins with salt, pepper and 1.5 tbsp olive oil, then mix.
Add some salt to the onion slices and mix with half a spoon of olive oil.
Place a baking paper on a baking tray, put onion slices as to form a layer and then put the pumpkin slices on onions as the second layer. Finally sprinkle the sliced garlic.u
Pour apple cider vinegar homogeneously on the pumpkin slices.
Put the baking tray in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees and bake until pumpkins soften.
Take the tray out of the oven, decorate with parsley and serve with strained yogurt. You can add red pepper flakes and garlic into the yogurt.
