Smoothie Bowl with Fruits

  • 200g strained yogurt
  • 1 big and ripe banana
  • 15 strawberries
  • 10 raspberries
  • 10 blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon cranberry
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seed
  • Poppy seeds and fresh mint to garnish
  • You can add the juice of one beetroot into the yogurt to have purple colo
  1. Mash the banana and 10 strawberries separately in the food processor.
  2. Add the mashed fruits in the strained yogurt and mix. (We added the juice of one beetroot into the yogurt in order to make it look a bit more colorful. You may do as you like)
  3. Divide the yogurt into 4 bowls and decorate with sliced strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds and fresh mint. Your bowl is ready to be served.
