½kg sour cherries
2kg green apple
Juice of half a lemon
1lt water
200ml water
Wash the cherries and remove the seeds.
To prepare the apple pectin, split the apples into four equal pieces, boil in a deep saucepan using 1 liter of water until soft.
Put apple pectin, 200 ml of water and sour cherries in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Then add the lemon juice to the mixture and bring to a boil.
Leave to cool and pour the mixture into a jar.
