Sour Cherry Jam with Apple Pectin (Sugar-Free)



  • ½kg sour cherries
  • 2kg green apple
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1lt water
  • 200ml water
  1. Wash the cherries and remove the seeds.
  2. To prepare the apple pectin, split the apples into four equal pieces, boil in a deep saucepan using 1 liter of water until soft.
  3. Put apple pectin, 200 ml of water and sour cherries in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  4. Then add the lemon juice to the mixture and bring to a boil.
  5. Leave to cool and pour the mixture into a jar.
