Spicy Crispy Chickpeas

  • 150 g chickpeas (boiled)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Cumin
  • Chili pepper
  • Thyme
  • Peppermint
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  1. Put the boiled chickpeas into a bowl and blend them with olive oil and spices.
  2. Then sprinkle the chickpeas blended with spices on a tray covered with baking paper.
  3. Bake the chickpeas for 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 160°C but do not forget to stir the chickpeas every 20 minutes. Bon appetit
