700g spinach
1 medium-size carrot (130 g)
300g low-fat kashar cheese (Both kasseri and kashkaval can be used as substitutes for kashar cheese)
2 eggs
1/2 bunch of scallions (finely chopped)
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
1/2 bunch of dill (finely chopped)
5 tablespoons whole wheat flour
5 g baking powder
65ml olive oil
1 teaspoon salt and black pepper
