Sweet Chickpea Balls



  • 150g boiled chickpeas
  • 6 dates
  • 50g hazelnut
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 full tablespoon cocoa
  1. Soak the dates in hot water for about 10 minutes until they get soft.
  2. Take out the seeds of dates and grind them in the food processor.
  3. Put hazelnut, boiled chickpeas, milk and cocoa into the processor and blend all ingredients.
  4. Take the small pieces out of the resulting mixture and rub them in between your palms until you give a ball shape. Then keep them in the fridge for an hour.
