Sweet Salad with Pineapple



  • 2 bunches of spinach
  • 3 slices of pineapple
  • 12 walnuts
  • 6 dried figs
  • 250g full-fat curd cheese
  • 3 scallions

  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of pomegranate molasses
  1. Wash the spinach and cut the roots with a knife
  2. Roast the walnuts with 1 tablespoon olive oil
  3. Chop the curd cheese into cubes
  4. Finely chop the figs
  5. Chop the pineapples into small pieces
  6. Finely chop the scallions
  7. For the dressing: mix mustard, olive oil, lemon juice and pomegranate molasses in a separate bowl.
  8. Mix all ingredients in a large salad bowl
  9. Pour the salad dressing on the salad and mix once again before serving.
