Swiss Chard Wrap with Chicken Salad



  • 4 large leaves of swiss chard
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red onion


Chicken Salad

  • 350g chicken breast
  • 4 tablespoons strained yogurt (60g)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (5g)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt and Black pepper
  1. Boil the chicken breast and let it cool.
  2. Finely shred the chicken breast.
  3. Mix yogurt, mustard, salt, black pepper and chicken breast.
  4. Cut the cucumber and carrot into thin strips.
  5. Cut the onion in half and then chop into thin slices.
  6. Wash the swiss chard leaves, cut their stalks and make the thick veins thinner
  7. Spread the chicken salad on the swiss chard leaves. Add carrot, cucumber and onions.
  8. Bend the edges of the swiss chard leaf inwards and roll it until you get a wrap.
