Mix soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and spices in a bowl. Let the sliced chicken fillet be marinated in this mixture for a minimum of 20 minutes in the fridge.
Preparing Hummus
Add warm water to chickpea flour slowly and keep on stirring while adding water.
Add tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and cumin. Stir until you get a very smooth and creamy paste.
Preparing Wraps
Spread the olive oil onto the pan with a piece of napkin, then fry the chicken strips.
Sauté the carrots with olive oil.
Wash the swiss chard leaves, cut their stalks and make the thick veins thinner. Spread a tablespoon of hummus on the inner side of a swiss chard leaf. Place chicken, onion, carrot and avocado on the leaf. Bend the edges of the swiss chard leaf inwards and roll it until you get a wrap.
