Put the milk and flour in a saucepan and cook until the mixture takes the consistency of custard.
Once it reaches the desired consistency, let the mixture warm.
Add honey, mild cream cheese and vanilla to the mixture.
Prepare coffee using filter coffee or coffee granules, and allow to warm.
Soak the melba toast slices with the coffee by using a spoon.
Place the first melba toast slice and add the custard on top of the slice, then place another slice and add the custard on top of it, finally sprinkle the cocoa on top. Repeat step 6 twice and you will have 3 servings of tiramisu. It can be served in either serving containers or cocktail glasses.
Leave in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
