3 cups boiled lentils (1 cup corresponds to dry lentils)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Cut the red onion into thin circles, then put the onions in a sieve and add plenty of salt. Knead by hand for 5 minutes to make them mild. Then wash the onions with plenty of water in order to make sure they have no more salt.
Sauté the bell peppers with 1 tablespoon of olive oil for a while, these peppers are the ingredients that will make the salad warm.
Chop the curd cheese into cubes.
Mix all ingredients in a large salad bowl
Pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar before serving and mix them thoroughly.
