1. Cut the zucchini and carrots into long thin strips, blend them with olive oil, parsley, crushed red pepper and salt. Then divide the blend into 4 equal pieces and put into 4 plates.
2. Chop the onion in cubes and sauté the onion cubes with olive oil until golden brown.
3. Add minced meat to the sautéed onion and continue to sauté. Then add green pepper, garlic, tomato puree, spices and water.
4. Put the minced beef topping and yogurt on the vegetable zoodle you prepared, respectively and place the tomato sauce on top evenly. Decorate with walnuts before serving.
