3 artichoke hearts

Put the artichoke hearts in a pot and add enough water to cover them. Boil the artichokes until they are soft. Blend the boiled artichokes with olive oil and salt in a blender. Add finely chopped dill, mix and place on a serving plate. Decorate the top.
