2 Wasa fibre crispbreads

½ ripe avocado

1 tablespoon labneh cheese

2–3 basil leaves, finely chopped

Mash the avocado with a fork and mix it with the labneh cheese. Add salt to taste, if desired.
In a nonstick pan, cook the egg sunny-side up. Before it’s fully cooked, flip it briefly to let the white set a bit more while keeping the yolk runny.
Spread the avocado mixture over the Wasa crispbreads and place the egg on top.
Sprinkle with flaxseed and chopped basil, and serve with cherry tomato.
