150 g ground beef

Peel the eggplants in stripes and soak them in salted water for 10 minutes.
Then cut them into small pieces and bake at 200°C (392°F) on parchment paper for 15 minutes.
Add enough olive oil to lightly coat the bottom of a pot and sauté the onions.
Add the ground beef and peppers, and continue to sauté.
Add the baked eggplants to the mixture, then add the chopped tomato.
Pour in a bit of water and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
