Beet Salad with Strained Yogurt

  • 5 tablespoons strained yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon Livvy olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  1. Wash, peel, and grate the beets.

  2. Lightly sauté the grated beets with olive oil.

  3. Let the sautéed beets cool down.

  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the beets, strained yogurt, garlic, and salt.
