Börek with Rice Paper

  • 4 sheets of rice paper

  • 100 g ground meat

  • ½ onion (finely chopped)

  • 50 g white cheese or curd cheese

  • 1 handful of parsley (finely chopped)

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon livvy_foods olive oil

Tarifler

Sauté the onion in a pan with a small amount of water, then add the ground meat and cook thoroughly. Add salt and remove from heat.
Mix in the chopped parsley and crumbled cheese.
Soften the rice paper sheets by dipping them one by one into warm water.
Place some filling in the center and roll them up like spring rolls.
Fry both sides in a pan with a small amount of oil, or bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10–12 minutes.

Bariatric Tip: For a lighter alternative, bake the börek in the oven or air-fry without oil!
