  • 4 tablespoons strained yogurt (60g)

  • 1 teaspoon mustard (5g)

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 red onion

  • 4 large chard leaves

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Boil the chicken breast and set it aside to cool.

  • Once cooled, shred the chicken finely.

  • Mix the yogurt, mustard, salt, black pepper, and shredded chicken together.

  • Cut the cucumber and carrot into thin strips.

  • Slice the red onion thinly into half-moon shapes.

  • Trim the thick central vein of the chard leaves to make them easier to roll—just slice it down lightly without cutting through the leaf.

  • Distribute the chicken mixture evenly over the chard leaves.
