300 g aged Trakya kashar cheese
1 teaspoon dried thyme

Red pepper flakes

Grate the cheese using the finest side of the grater.
Add the thyme and mix well.
Place 12 small portions on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Press and flatten them slightly with your hand.
Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (355°F) until melted and crispy.
