  • 50 g hazelnuts (1 tea glass)

  • 80 g rolled oats (1 cup)

  • 25 g flaxseeds (2 tablespoons)

  • 50 g pumpkin seeds (1 tea glass)

  • 30 g sunflower seeds (½ tea glass)

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

For Texture – Wet Ingredients

  • 1 large banana

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon molasses

Chop the almonds and hazelnuts into halves or thirds using a knife.
In a large bowl, mix all the nuts and the cinnamon.
Blend the banana, coconut oil, and molasses in a mixer until smooth and pureed.
Pour the puree into the bowl with the nuts and mix thoroughly to ensure everything is well combined.
Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F), stirring every 10 minutes, until it becomes crispy.
