200 g fresh green beans
100 g lean ground beef
1 small onion
1 small tomato
¼ tea glass olive oil
1.5 cups hot water

Wash the green beans and cut them in half or thirds depending on their length. Then slice each piece lengthwise.
In a pot, sauté the ground beef with olive oil.
Add finely chopped onion and continue to sauté until the mixture releases and reabsorbs its liquid.
Add the pureed tomato and cook briefly.
Then add the green beans.
Pour in the hot water and cook over medium heat until the beans are tender.
