  • 250g strained yogurt

  • 150g curd cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 bunch mint

  • 8 walnuts

  • 2 tablespoons Livvy olive oil

Tarifler

  1. Remove the mint leaves from their stems, wash, dry, and finely chop them.

  2. Break the walnuts into small pieces (not into powder).

  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and sauté the crushed walnuts for 2 minutes.

  4. Add the mint to the pan and sauté for 1 more minute.

  5. Crush the garlic.

  6. Grate the curd cheese.

  7. Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.

  8. Before serving, drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
