Tarifler
Boil the cooked einkorn wheat and chickpeas together in the same pot with enough water to fully cover them, for about 30–40 minutes.
While the wheat and chickpeas are boiling, finely chop the dried apricots, apple, dates (peel and remove pits), orange, and orange peel.
In the last 5–10 minutes of boiling, add a couple of lemon slices and a tea glass of milk to lighten the color and enhance the aroma of the aşure.
Then add the chopped dried fruits. Once the mixture cools slightly, add the honey to sweeten it.
Let it cool completely.
Once fully cooled and slightly thickened, garnish with finely chopped figs, reserved hazelnuts, pomegranate seeds, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
