2 cups cooked chickpeas / 260 g

4 tablespoons tahini

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 garlic cloves, crushed

Juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon salt

Chickpea cooking water (as needed)

25 g unflavored protein powder

For Serving

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 teaspoon ground red pepper

1 sprig chives, finely chopped

Tarifler

Place the chickpeas in a food processor and blend.
Add all other ingredients except the cooking water and continue blending until smooth.
For a creamier texture, gradually add warm chickpea cooking water. Adjust the amount according to your desired consistency.
Transfer the hummus to a serving dish.
Lightly heat olive oil and ground red pepper in a pan, then drizzle over the hummus before serving.
